Shipping

We offer free shipping in the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays. Most items are available to ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted at time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipper has confirmed delivery.

Return Policy

We offer free returns for orders over $75 on unused products within 30 days of purchase for orders shipped within the United States.  If you would like to return / exchange your product, please email support@shopvieverte.com.
